In Tulf Aroma, we place our customers' satisfaction as our top priority, and we are committed to providing high-quality products. Based on our confidence in our products, we have provided you with the "Golden Warranty" service, which gives you flexibility in replacement and return according to the following conditions: Return Conditions The customer has the right to request a product return within 3 days from the date of receipt. Returns are accepted only if the product is intact, unused, and in its original packaging. If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt to be compensated or to refund the amount. The paid amount will be refunded via electronic payment within a maximum of 14 days from our receipt of the returned product. Replacement Conditions The customer can replace the product within 7 days from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original condition and not opened or used. Devices cannot be replaced or returned after use, and requests for replacement due to color change after use are not accepted. The warranty is void if aromatic oils from other brands are used, or if water is mixed with the essential oil, or if oil is poured inside the device. General Notes Damaged or defective products must be reported during delivery within 3 days of receipt. We do not accept replacement or return of products that have scratches or damages caused by misuse. The fixed fee for return or replacement is 35 riyals.
